Community of Quality Award Winner

The new Communities of Quality National Recognition program certifies multifamily
properties as having achieved a high standard of excellence in the way they are managed,
the services they provide residents, the experience and training of personnel, and other
criteria. Applicants who score exceptionally high in the National Recognition program
are eligible to compete for the coveted, national COQ Awards.

Drug Free Poster Contest
Regional contest and awards are open to children in grades K-12 and Seniors who are residents of Mid-Atlantic AHMA member properties. Winning posters/art is sent to the national contest sponsored by NAHMA; winning posters/art will be featured in a Drug-Free Calendar.
