Exhibit space is available free of charge for our paid Associate Members. If you are not, yet, an Associate Member of our organization, or if you need to renew your membership, you may still reserve a table at the Vendor Exhibition! For associate members needing to renew their membership and/or vendors who have participated in our vendor exhibition in the past, the exhibit fee is $450/table. As in the past, this fee grants you associate membership privileges for one year (i.e., membership dues must be renewed prior to the 2010 vendor exhibition). The vendor/exhibit fee for non-members is $500/table. This fee will also grant you associate membership privileges through October 2010, including access to the following benefits: • Free advertising in our e-newsletter – Simply send us a copy of your ad and we will include it in our newsletter.

Website links – We are pleased to include links to our associate
members’ websites from our website. Just let us know that you would like to
take advantage of this service and provide us with your website address. We
will take care of everything else.

Speaking opportunities- We appreciate the expertise of our
associate members and welcome your input and suggestions for conference
topics. Contact us if you would like to make a presentation at one of our
events!

Sponsorship opportunities – Want a higher profile presence at one
of our events? Contact us about becoming a sponsor for a workshop,
conference, or lunch! Vendors will be provided a 6-foot table for tabletop exhibits. Additional fees may apply for power and/or internet access. Vendors who would like to attend the conference, must register separately for the conference and pay the applicable conference fee.
